A trim bamboo pocket diaper sized for newborns and smaller babies, from 6 to 22 lb. The organic bamboo lining is soft, breathable and naturally antibacterial, so it's gentle on sensitive skin and less likely to cause diaper rash. Each diaper comes with two 4-layer bamboo inserts.

  • Fits early: three rows of rise snaps take it from 6 lb up to 22 lb.
  • Quick changes: a soft hook & loop fastener, with fold-back laundry tabs for the wash.
  • Protection where leaks start: a waterproof front panel for tummy time.
  • Two inserts included: 100% bamboo viscose, no microfiber or fleece inside.

Fit & Sizing

Fits 6–22 lb. Three rows of rise snaps set the size:
• Small, 6–10 lb: snap the first row into the third row
• Medium, 10–15 lb: snap the first row into the second row
• Large, 15–22 lb: leave the rise unsnapped

When your baby passes 22 lb, move up to a one-size diaper (8–36 lb).

The bamboo lining is not stay-dry, so your baby will feel some dampness. Change a little more often than with a microfleece diaper.

Pro tip for newborns: if your baby has skinny thighs, you may see a slight gap at the legs in the first few weeks. Set the rise snaps to the smallest setting and make sure the elastic sits snugly in the leg crease.
What's included

One pocket diaper with 2 bamboo inserts (4 layers each, 100% bamboo viscose).

The shell also works as a cover over a prefold or fitted diaper.
Absorbency & inserts

Each insert is sized for 6–22 lb diapers (about 11 × 5 in).

Daytime: one insert. As your baby grows and wets more, add a second insert.

Microfiber always goes inside the pocket, never directly against skin. Bamboo can go in the pocket or on top.

Parents of older or heavier-wetting babies often use both inserts together.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Washing & care
  • Before first use: wash inserts 3–4 times to build absorbency (bamboo needs the most).
  • After each change: shake solids into the toilet, then put the diaper in a dry pail or wet bag.
  • Every 2–3 days: a cold rinse, then a warm wash below 35°C / 95°F with 1/2 your usual amount of a gentle, bleach-free detergent.
  • Close hook & loop tabs onto the laundry tabs before washing.
  • Lay shells flat to dry. Hanging a wet shell can stretch the elastics. Bamboo takes longer to dry: line dry it, in the sun if you can, or tumble dry on low.
  • Skip fabric softener and diaper creams that aren't cloth-safe. They stop inserts absorbing.

Warranty & returns

Our diapers are covered for 60 days against defects in stitching, elastic, snaps and hook & loop. Unused, unwashed items can be returned within 14 days. See our Returns page for details.
